OpenHere is operated by CAG Productions, LLC(“we,” “us,” or “OpenHere”). It lets anyone publicly request the businesses they'd like to see open in a given zip code, and flag categories they feel are oversaturated. By using the site, you agree to the following.

Acceptable use

• Submit in good faith. Don't spam, vote-stuff, or use the site to harass specific businesses or people.
• The “Pass” feature is for categories only (e.g. “nail salons”), not specific businesses. Targeting a named existing business in a Pass submission is not allowed.
• Don't submit content targeting protected groups, public figures, or anything that violates applicable law.

Content moderation

We filter and may remove submissions that violate the rules above or that don't fit the purpose of the site. We don't promise to catch everything, and we may make moderation decisions at our discretion.

No warranty

OpenHere is provided “as is.” The data on the site is contributed by visitors, surfaced from third-party sources like Google Maps, and is not a guarantee of anything — what's in a neighborhood, what people want, what's oversaturated. Use it as a signal, not a fact.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenHere isn't liable for any damages arising from your use of the site, your reliance on information shown on the site, or any submissions made by other users.

We may update these terms over time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version.
